Unleash the Magic in Your Skincare Routine with a Simple Daily Ritual and Beauty Spell

Looking to add a touch of enchantment to your skincare routine? This Magic Ritual is a daily practice designed to help you tap into your inner beauty and reveal a radiant glow. This simple ritual, accompanied by prompt cards that guide you through each step, is a powerful way to infuse your skincare routine with magic and transform your skin. In this article, we'll show you how to perform the Magic Ritual and incorporate it into your daily routine.

But I don’t know anything about magic!

You don't need to be knowledgeable in witchcraft or possess mystical abilities to cast a magical skincare spell. All it takes is a bit of imagination and quality products. Anyone can do it.

How much time does it take? I'm always in a hurry.

The ritual is designed to work within the time it normally takes to cleanse, and apply serum and cream to your face. You can use it daily, even when you’re late for work. 

Do I need special products for this to work?

You can use whatever skincare products are currently working well for you. The spell is designed to accompany the Spellbound skincare I sell in my shop, but you can use your own products to conjure happy healthy skin. 

Here are the 5 simple steps to unleash the magic:

1. Turn on the magic: Close your eyes and say “I am a light in the darkness”. Visualize: See yourself filled with light. *Every spell has a beginning and end. This step only takes a moment, but it is a powerful way to prepare for the next steps. Think of it as an invitation to embody the magic.

2. Lather up your soap & while you wash, say “Bubble bubble remove all trouble”. Visualize: See the bubbles removing everything unwanted. *I use my Practical Magic black soap for this step, but any cleanser is fine. "Unwanted" means anything that prevents your skin from being its best self. You do not need to be specific, often we have no idea what the trouble is. You are removing trouble, named or not. 

3. Apply 3 drops of serum and say “By the power of three I call on the miracle tree”. Visualize: See magical healing sparks sink deeply into your skin.  *This step is specifically tailored for my Spellbound Serum which includes the incredible healing power of Balm of Gilead, made from Poplar tree buds. Hence the tree of miracles. If you are using another serum. or perhaps an eye cream, or other treatment, this is an opportunity to write your own script. 

4. Apply cream to your face as you say “I accept the gift of sustenance and awakening”. Visualize: See your skin glow with health as it absorbs the cream. *A good moisturizer should be rich in nutrients (sustenance) while providing essential moisture. Feed your skin a good meal with a drink on the side, plus a spark of magic, and it will glow with happiness.

5. Look at yourself in the mirror and say “I am a vase of plenty”. Visualize: See the beautiful magical energy within you from head to toe and beyond. *You are a vase, one that holds all the energy that makes you, you! Recognize with gratitude how stunning and miraculous you are. 

To help you on the path

You don't have to rely on your memory in the beginning. I have created a downloadable image with 5 guidance cards that you can print out or save the image in your phone and display it when you need a reminder. After about a week of practice you probably won't need any prompting.

Performing this small act of magic feels incredibly good. It is such a loving thing to do for yourself. Fortunately, the more you consistently practice this, the more deeply ingrained it becomes in your subconscious, resulting in astounding results. You'll witness the transformation when you look in the mirror.
